With Christmas fast approaching, lots of seasonal events are coming up in Bude. Her are some ideas for Christmas Events in Bude over the festive period:

Bude Beach Hut Christmas Market

This market takes place at Crooklets Beach on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th December. There will be a variety of stalls selling local produce, crafts, and gifts.

Christmas Carols

 Bude Metric Brass will be performing free concerts in local pubs, markets, and churches throughout December.

Christmas Day Swim

This is a popular event that takes place on Christmas morning at Crooklets Beach. Hundreds of people take part in a quick dip in the Atlantic Ocean. The event takes part at 11:00am so get there a bit earlier to watch…or even take part. Just one rule….no wetsuits allowed! Money raised on the day supports the Bude Surf Life Saving Club.

Late Night Shopping

Bude’s shops will be open late on Friday 8th December from 5:30pm. This is a great opportunity to do your Christmas shopping and enjoy the festive atmosphere. There will be Santa’s grotto and a procession through town.
